Fitbit Versa won't sync

Hi, my Fitbit Versa last synced to my iPhone at 10:30 this morning ... since then it will not sync. I have turned Bluetooth off and on and iPhone off and on but still not syncing. Any idea what might be wrong or what else I can do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your watch isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hi

Thank you for coming back to me... I managed to get this sorted by resetting my Versa.... it then reconnected immediately and I was able to sync as I had been doing previously
