You're in principle able to adjust the sleep to your personal needs but it's not guaranteed that it will work for 100% in your case as a night worker. I assume 15:00 PM is the time you wake up. What is your usual bedtime? Let me know and I can advice you on the settings that are needed for your personal situation.
