When I try to set up My new Fitbit versa 3 device I am afsked to Enter a 4 digit code. But the code dies not appear on the Watch - instead the same image apears on the Watch as on the phone (the one where you are supposed to enter the 4 digit code, so 4 - - - - and numbers, but no code). I have tried to update my phone, the app, reset the Watch etc. and now I dont know what more I can do.
Any suggestions?
