My Fitbit app on my computer is saying my Bluetooth is not switched on, but when I go into the settings on my versa, it says it is on. If I go into the Bluetooth settings on the computer it also says no Bluetooth from the versa. Can anyone help please.

Hi, did you connect your Versa to your PC? If not, go to settings on your Versa, scroll down to BT and set it to pairing. Then go to the settings on your PC and open BT. Once opened, tell it to search for new BT devices. When found, your Versa appears in the list of connected BT devices. After that you can close BT on your PC. Good luck.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. My computer is saying that the Bluetooth on the versa is turned off. It will connect with the versa on wifi and in the computer app there is a big red triangle saying "Bluetooth is off"
Ive tried pushing the pairing but it always come back with " No devices found"

Hi, this is strange! Try to reboot your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and lower right button untill the Fitbit logo appears in your display, then release the buttons.
