I have an S7 phone, on friday fitbit haa only tracked up to 11000 steps, but exercise shows i did 14000 and it hasnt tracked any steps at all for yesterday! Iv updated, turned bluetooth on amd off, synced .... what else can i do?

That sounds rather odd! Id suggest you restart your Versa several times. Hopefully that will get it back on track again. Let us know how you go
