No Wallet tile for fitbit versa

I bought a fitbit versa in Canada, currently running firmware version 32.331.30. I'm in Australia, where my bank accepts Fitbit Pay. There is no 'Wallet' icon on my phone (HTC ONE X10, Android 6). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off the Versa, and restarting my phone. No Wallet icon appears.

@CS18I am not in Canada, so I looked at a Canadian Best Buy website.  Like the US, it shows a Versa and a Versa Special Edition.  The Special Edition has the NFC chip for Fitbit pay.  Which model did you buy?
