No add card button on Versa

So everything's working okay for my Versa, asides from the inability for All day Sync.

But I can't seem to even add a card for my Versa.

I'm in Australia so Fitbit Pay is available (I've checked) however there is no BUTTON or anything that would allow me to add a card. It just gives me a description of the wallet app.

I have exactly the same issue in Belgium (Europe). Very curious about the solution. 

 

I have the wallet tile and have enabled device lock but I don't see the possibility to add a card anywhere.

Do you have the "Wallet" button/tile on your app? 

Are you using Android or iOS?

On Android, the button can be found by opening the Fitbit app and clicking your Versa (top right corner) and then clicking 'Wallet'. This will guide you through adding your card.

I don't have an actual tile, I can only find the wallet in the tile of the apps.

 

I am using the Android app btw.

Screenshot_20180504-211829.pngOk this is for my Ionic, but it shoukd be the same for the Versa. In the app, go to your account (credit card icon) then select Versa. On the page that comes up on my Android select the green wallet tile - see screen shot. Once selected you get the info pages. Tap the red Get Started button at the bottom of these pages and you will be prompted to set a screen lock for your phone. Then you need to set a pin for your Versa, and then you are able to start inputting your card details.

Fitbit Pay is available for every Versa except in the United States (not sure where else this dumb limitation applies - Fitbit you are foolish for doing this) where you have to buy the special edition in order to get NFC functionality for fitbit pay. If you are in the category for fitbit pay on your device, go to the fitbit app store and find Wallet app in the fitbit apps section. Install it. Same issue. No wallet tile of the Fitbit Versa page.

I've tried changing location. No joy.

I've tried reinstalling wallet app. No joy.

I've installed latest update. No joy.

I've tried restarting. No joy.

PS: My watch does read fitbit pay at the back so it's clear that I did buy the correct product.

Have you checked if your Versa version has nfc connection ? You can use your versa wallet only if your versa version is available. Check under your tracker the sentence “Fitbit pay”. What should I know about Fitbit Pay?5B62B7BE-3812-4A92-891F-A79093CBB5D5.jpeg

Please check your country set also in the iPhone or smartphone settings and on the website Fitbit.com
