@MentalM Have you tried rebooting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes? Also, could you please share your phone model and OS, just in case a further troubleshooting is needed?

Hey @MentalM, welcome aboard! On the Fitbit app, did you make sure that the update was completed? Try to restart it as @Marrrmaduke said, then force sync it and let me know if you can see your clock face and all the stats on it.
