I just bought two Fitbits for my wife and I, and I just started to regret. I should add that before I had a Pebble time watch that was working flawlessly.
This is the first time that i see that I shall follow a procedure to restart phone and even the device connected to. Besides, I have the wrong phone (p8 lite. 2017) but I was warned when i wen to the compatibility list.
what do you plan to solve all common issues related to these products ?

This is what Fitbit says about the Huawei lite phones
Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:
So I assume they have no plans to make these phones compatable
