Hi all, 

 

My Fitbit Versa won't show my resting heart rate, nor does it work when I'm working out... I've tried tighting it, and doing the finger spaces, but it's still not working. I've also reset it. 

 

It also won't tell me my sleeping pattern. It accurately tells me how long I've slept, but nothing more. 

 

Please help! I've only had it 3 weeks!

This is happening 5me too. And I only had my versa for year

@Emfo does it show you your heart rate throughout the day? You only say you don't see heart rate while working out. As for sleep stages, your heart rate needs to be tracked. 

 

Sorry @Shawnyshawn4574 I'm not sure what is the problem so I'm not sure what your problem may be.
