I bought the Versa as a 1st time buy, but I am very disappointed with it, the time is stuck in a different timezone , even though new and boxed there are no user instructions, evry thing has to be done on the internet, which is fine if you know what you are looking for, it has been stuck on 1233 paces for 3 weeks now and 5 hours behind on the time zone,i have gone back to using my Seiko as at least that way I get the right time, what a wast of £249.00

Sorry to hear you are having trouble finding things, @Hibeealex. The box I got had a quick start guide, including instructions for fitting the band, and telling me to download the app.
The manual for the versa can be found here: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_versa_en_US.pdf
To make sure your watch syncs with the right time zone, you'll need to set it in your profile on this page:
https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile. You can also set the time zone using "advanced settings" in the app. (I have mine set to auto so it syncs with the phone e.g. when traveling.)
You can use the search bar at the top of the page if you need to find out anything in particular. Or ask a question in this forum. People are generally very helpful.
If the tracker isn't performing as specified, you should be able to return it and get a replacement.
I hope you get to enjoy your new purchase as much as I enjoy the Versa.
EDIT: I neglected to point out the app itself has a "help" item, which will take you to some frequently asked questions as well as a menu listing general help topics. Should cover most of your questions. You can reach it here:
