I have WhatsApp, messenger and outlook set to get notifications of messages. When I first set up my Versa 2 I received messages for a day then had nothing since. I have reset my phone and watch many times. I have even uninstalled and re installed the fitbit app many times but nothing. There is a red bar telling me to restart my phone but when I do it doesn't go away and notifications still aren't going to my watch. I'm also not receiving calls. Had my watch nearly 4 month and only ever received one call notification. Please help!!!

Hi , I'm guessing it using android ?  , If so download this app from the play store call fit notifications it's a blue icon set it up through that and but your default message on the fit bit app as the fit notifications app instead , unfortunately cannot respond though it but at least u know uve had a text
