Anybody else out there that didn’t get sleep tracking info last night? I’ve synced several times but no sleep data posting.

@sungvars No worries. Since you can see the sleep info in the app and all other things are working as expected, the issue you're observing is a matter of syncing back. Versa supplies the raw data (via Fitbit mobile app) to the Fitbit servers for the calculations which later are synced back to Versa (via Fitbit mobile app). Usually syncing the tracker several times with the app is enough. But, if the info is still missing try logging out from Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, rebooting Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears), logging back to fitbit app, and syncing several times.

@sungvars Can you see the sleep info in the Fitbit app? Are the sensor lights blinking? Is Versa measuring your heart rate (swipe up on the main screen to open Today app on your Versa, scroll down to heart rate and check your bpm there)?

I have tried your solution and I’m still not seeing the sleep analysis. Is there anything else I can try?

@Antmos but, can you see it in the app, or not at all?
