I got my Versa today for Mother's Day and everything is perfect EXCEPT I cannot receive text notifications from my Samsung Galaxy s6. What the heck is wrong? I have reset to factory setting 3 times and have turned everything on and off 100 times. Someone please help me!!!!!

On your Fitbit app on your phone. Go to your watch icon. Go to
notifications tab. Go to messages tab make sure the right hand tab is
switched to on. Once that is done hit the 3 little dots on the right and
hit send test text notifications

Bought the new versa SE today... 

 

I am not receiving any notifications at all. 

 

I have reset, removed all paired devices from my phone etc

 

A test notification also won't sens to my phone. 

 

I have a Samsung s7....

 

Help. This is very disappointing.

Try Textra from the Play Store. It's free and works better than most popular texting apps.

 

Make sure you have the correct permissions in your android phones. Go to Settings>Apps>Fitbit>Permission: enable Contacts, Location, Phone, and SMS. Then, do the following for your texting application. Go to Settings>Apps>Whatever texting app you are using>Notifications: make sure this is checked on.
