Fitbit Versa release date in Japan?

Welcome to the Community @Oobyjooby! Thanks for sharing your interest in the Fitbit Versa. Versa is scheduled to begin shipping from Fitbit.com in April, and will also be available in select retailers.

Some international regions will also receive Versa in April. Remember to keep an eye on the Fitbit.com/Store or our authorized retailers in Japan for more information.

Hi Lucy, thanks for your reply. The Versa is not seen on Fitbit.co.jp the Japanese website. What does this mean? And is it still coming to Japan?

Thanks for the reply @Oobyjooby! We don't have an specific date, however we hope Versa be available in some international regions this month. 

Since we don't have a Japanese web store for you to purchase directly from us, you can purchase from these Retailers who should have them available soon.

Hi,  I've looked at the Japan retailer websites but the versa is not being advertised.  I wanted to buy one for my wife in Tokyo.  Please can you tell me when it might be available.  I was reading the previous posts in April and was hoping the versa would be available by now.

I noticed that Amazon.jp is now selling the fitbit versa SE but it's more than 11000 yen more expensive than the UK!  On Amazon.jp it's even more expensive than than the Fitbit Ionic!  Is this right?

Thanks for the reply @asif.1! I appreciate that you have shared this information with me. However, I'd like to let you know that we don't influence the prices Amazon has on their website for different regions.

Despite that, I'm happy to announce that Versa will be available for with our Japanese retailers on June.
