I have no vibrate. I have just brought this versa and just set it up and no matter what I do it will not vibrate

@Helen11462 try rebooting it several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, press and hold the left button to open quick menu on your Versa and make sure Notifications are set to ON. Toggle ON/OFF with a reboot of the tracker in-between.
