My children gave me a versa for christmas and I already dislike it.

I am trying to sync my music library from my iphone.  The app on the phone says use

the computer - I can't download the app to my mac as it says only for ios devices.

Can anyone please help before I have to ask my children to return it from where they purchased it?

Thanks

Hi, to be able to sync your music from your phone to your Versa, the Versa needs to be connected to WiFi. The only way to achieve that is to put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC. After that, go to the Fitbit app on your phone (make sure WiFi is enabled) and go to wifi settings and see if your network shows up there. If yes, press it and enter manually the password of your router (Capital sensitive). After that you will see a white icon next to the name of your network. Press that and fitbit will start making the connection, once this is done, the white icon will turn to blue and it says "connected". Now your Versa is also connected to the WiFi. Why all these steps? The Versa itself does not have WiFi but uses you phone or PC as a bridge, also meaning that the Versa will stay connected only as long it's in the charger and connected to PC.

Thanks for the great help.  I followed your steps and it is now connected to the wifi and is transfering music.  It is not a user friendly product.  Thanks again.
