Hi, I was phone Fitbit Customers Support Team and they have check their system that my Fitbit versa 2 is not supported by Galaxy A20 nor the Tablet Galaxy s5e. Please investigate this Urgently so the other user will not encounter this problem as well.
Saves other users discouraging and disappointment as well and their time.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy A20 and the Samsung Galaxy S5e will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advise for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.
