Not Mapping my Route

NEW PROBLEM: The Fitbit app  IS NOT MAPPING MY ROUTE. I just went for a 10 mile bike ride. There is no map of where I rode. I also tested it with a 10 minute walk and still no map of my route. Other info is there but no map of my route. This is on a Samsun Galaxy S8.

I assume you know it has to be connected to phone's GPS and you did that, right?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Why is there no email support? I sent an email to Fitbit Customer Support and I got this response, " Email support not available". The "Click here to get connected" did not help the problem that I am having.
