Not able to setup my Versa

 Hi

 

I'm trying to setup Versa with my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge and tried with iPhone 7 as well. For setup its take me to enter 4 digit code, when I enter it does not connect. I tried with few different accounts, uninstalling app, reset phones, reset watch but nothing is working. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues pairing your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
