I have not been able to use my versa for a couple of days.  It will not charge.  I have used a couple of my chargers.  Nothing now it’s at 0% and I can’t even restart it. Plus when is was working this past week heart rate wasn’t working.

Hi @77kflexb,

 

Are the pins and the contacts lined up correctly and clean?  Also, are you using the right Versa charger?  The Versa chargers aren't backwards compatible.
