This is my second post on this topic. I still haven't received my london underground badge when i should have over a week ago. I have uninstalled the app twice like told with no change. I waited a few days uninstalled the app for a 3rd time still no change.  How do i get my badge?

That is weird, what platform are you using?

 

I'm on Android and I remember when I first started, I didn't get my first badge right away, due to a backlogging issue.....but I didn't need to wait several days for the badge to appear.

I'm also on android. It's frustrating because I'm finally doing great on my
weight loss journey and making those accomplishments feels good. I wish i
knew what was up.

Hi, you have to enable them within the Fitbit app. Press in the dashboard of the Fitbit app on the account icon on top of the screen, right next to the watch icon. Scroll down to "Privacy and Security". within that press Notifications and you get a screen that mentions "Push Notifications" and enable New badges which is the third one from the list.
