I just got the versa after having the Alta for years. The battery is not even lasting a day?

@MikeyB71 Not normal. Please try rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, which firmware are you running (Tap on Settings on your Versa, scroll down to About, the firmware version should be first on top) - I am assuming .30? Do you have any 3rd party clockfaces or are you using Fitbit original one? Is your Versa syncing without issues? When was the last sync (you can find this information in the Fitbit mobile app - just tap on Versa picture and scroll to Sync)? Finally, your phone model and OS?
