Versa volume issues

Finally got.music on my versa. That took an act of Congress. Now the volume doesnt work. If I press the + several times because nothing happens, it will all of a sudden be super max loud

 If I hit the - it goes to nearly impossible to hear . I am not using air buds. I have a generic wireless as well as Bose wireless.  Same issue. So it has to be versa. Any ideas?

@Mamaish My best gut feeling would be a certain delay in BT connection between your versa and the audio device. Try pressing + and waiting to see if the volume changes. Also, you can try:

 

  • rebooting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  • unpairing and repairing audio devices
  • making sure there's no interference from other BT devices nearby (keep ON only one of the audio devices that you have paired with your versa, or even better forget the BT connections with those devices you're not using with your Versa)
