WiFi issues

When I go into the about section on my Fitbit Versa where it says IP address it says WiFi is off, why it it saying that and is the a way to turn it on I also have to keep connecting to my WiFi why is that? Please help

@Redbunny You do not need to turn on Wifi manually on your Versa. Actually, it's not possible. Versa will connect to your network when you place it in the charger and if you have previously set up your WiFi network in your Fitbit mobile app. You may need Wifi for downloading large files like music and certain applications or clockfaces to your Versa, e.g. Fitbit Coach app and Fitbit Labs clockfaces, as well as performing a firmware upgrade. Personally, if you do not plan on uploading music or huge apps, I advise against setting up WiFi as I noticed it sometimes causes issues with sync over bluetooth.
