Once again my Versa isn't receiving alerts from email or text. I have uninstalled, reset my Versa, turned off my Wifi and blue, and restarted my b phone. Extremely frustrated and tired of going through this. No more Fitbit for me, Samsung from now on.

I'm not sure what a b-phone is or why turn of the WiFi. As for pairing a fitbit, this can not be done by the user.
I would give more help but I'm not sure what a b-phone is.
