I have done everything the help menu and everything in the middle. Turn off my phone, turn off bluetooth, logoff the app, check notifications..etc..it will not work.. nothing..please advice

There was a problem with Samsung phones after a recentupdate to the phones. Fitbit have resolved the issue by putting out an update to their app. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated tp the latest version and hopefully it will be resolved.
