Hi @Weetee64. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for confirming that you've installed the SpO2 signature clock face on your Versa. Just to confirm, may I know how many consecutive days you've used this clock face? I'm asking this as your watch doesn't retroactively measure your SpO2 values, this is why you'll see it after your next sleep session after installing that clock face. You can find more details in this help article. If it's been more than 2 days, please let me know so I can further investigate on my end.

I'll look forward to your response.

I too installed. The first two days it did record the value and then stopped recording. When i woke up it was showing "recording data"  for many hours and finally got the message "could not read the data". Also the spo2 clock drains battery very fast. I think there is a bug in this clock face.

Hi @gs127. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for letting me know that the SpO2 clock face on your watch stopped providing you with readings. Even though you received it this reading before, it might be that your watch didn't get enough data to make an accurate SpO2 calculation on the next day. I'd recommend to check this help article which explains what factors prevent your watch from measuring your SpO2 values. Also, try wearing your watch higher on your wrist in the next night and keep me posted with the outcome.

In regards to your other question, let me clarify that you may have to charge your watch more often when using the SpO2 Signature clock face.

I'll look forward to your reply.

I did try after receiving this mail. It was showing data for 2 days and
today it kept on showing " recording" and then finally " could not read
data". Also my battery drains @ 2.5 % per hour when I use this clock face
as against normal 1% per hour. I strongly believe that this app has some
bug. Because my app shows my sleep data and oxygen variation correctly.
When oxygen variation is recorded correctly why could not read spo2

I have now removed it as i agree it runs the battery out a lot quicker. I
also got readings for 2 day's but upon charging the watch i was back to the
start with no readings.

Hi @gs127 and @Weetee64. It's nice to see you here again.

Thanks for replying back with more details about your watches. Before anything else, let me clarify that it's expected to charge your watches more often when using the SpO2 Signature clock face. This is described in this help article and the User Manual.

@gs127, thanks for taking the time to check the suggestions from my post. Because your SpO2 readings are still not displayed on your watch, I've got in touch with the Support team so they can create a case for you and provide you with further assistance. Due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

@Weetee64, because you mentioned that it started with no readings, do you mean it's not registering your SpO2 after reinstalling this clock face? Please note that your Versa doesn’t retroactively measure your SpO2 values and you'll see dashed lines until after your next sleep session.

Look forward to your comments.

I have the same issue - no reading on SpO2.  I 've slept with the watch on the inside  and outside of my wrist and get no readings at all.  It may have something to do with the sleep monitor not working well.  I'm also trying to figure that out.

without any trouble.

Hi,

Now my watch shows spo2 reading for the past 2 weeks without any issue. Only change i made was wearing my watch little tight. I moved one position in my watch strap. You may try for couple of days and see whether you get consistent readings. Regarding battery it drains only during sleep time.

Thanks for keeping me updated and I'm glad you're getting SpO2 readings on your Versa for the past weeks. That's great news and I'm sure your post will help other members experiencing similar issues. This is expected and you can check this help article to know more about the battery life and how to maximize it.

It sometimes works and most of the time is recording but it does not record. I don't use the clockface anymore.
