Not receiving call notifications

I purchased Versa after having charge 3 and am getting super frustrated i have only had the versa for 3 weeks and ever since I have brought it doesn't receive call notifications.. I get every other notification (sometimes delayed) even the one for missed call but not getting the call itself or even the test call when I try to do so, I have factory rest the Versa, uninstalled the app, unpaired checked all settings are correct, checked device is compatible which it is as its the S9, have tried every trouble shoot option there is

I just get versa fitbit . The notification is not working such as calling, message, apps. The fitbit app tell me to restart my phone to start the notification function, but it does not work. So frustrated
