A couple months ago after an update my Versa stopped receiving notifications. It took a lot of messing with the settings to finally get the texts to come back. However, emails notifications still will not appear. In the settings under email notifications it tells me to select my default email and it only lists 'gmail' and it is selected. Gmail is not my default email on my phone. I can not find where to add of email options to receive notifications from. I have a hotmail email acct on my phone. Help please!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
