Hello there,

 

 I just set my Fitbit Versa lite up and have done all my notifications including WhatsApp which is turned on in the Fitbit notifications tab. And I’m still not getting any notifications on my watch when I get a message. All notifications are turned on including banner on my phone. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
