I am having issues receiving all notifications from my phone I have went through all the guides and the odd time it works, is it a watch or phone issue

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
At this moment the Huawei Honor 6X and Honor 8 are listed as a compatible mobile devices with our products and services, therefore, can you please let me know which Huawei phone are you using?

Since you're using a compatible mobile device, you should not experience connection difficulties with it. That said, can you please let me know if the troubleshooting steps from my previous post were already tried and the outcome of this situation? I'll be waiting for your reply.

Since the troubleshooting steps didn't resolve your notifications concern, please send me a screenshot of the notification settings from the Messages app of your Huawei Honor 8 so I can verify that all the settings are correctly configured. Please refer to this post for instructions about how to send a screenshot here in the Community Forums.
