I’ve had the Alta and just received the Versa for Christmas. I wasn’t receiving text messages on the Alta recently and went through tech support and was told that they are aware of the issue and it is being worked on. Was hoping it was just my Alta but it’s the same on the Versa.
In doing research on trying to fix the problem with the Versa, I see that the text message notification issue has been resolved with android phones. So....does anyone have a work around for the iPhone (have an 8 plus and it’s been updated) or an idea as to whine it will be fixed, especially since the androids have been. I, too, have the same frustration with this not working as everyone else did with the android. So, please, please get on this...it’s been too long and if the folks at Fitbit think it’s fixed, bc the android is fixed, it’s not.
