Help! I can’t get my versa to receive text notifications from my phone. Receives phone calls and other notifications fine, but not texts. Deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out, powered off/on. Everything I could find to fix it. Please tell me someone has a solution!

I'm having the same issues! I have an iPhone 11 and since I've set up my versa cannot get text messages. All other notifications come through just fine. I'm done the same steps as you, plus removed the versa from my Bluetooth and repaired it still no fix. 😞

This has also been happening to me for the last 3 months. I have done all the troubleshooting, unpaired device, reset device, completely deleted the device and re added it to my account. Still does not receive text notifications but get calls and all other notifications. I have an iPhone 8.
