Help! Why is this an issue with Versa Lite?? I have iPhone 8plus and it seems like this is a common issue, but some are receiving theirs while others like me don’t.... why is this?! And why don’t they do an update to fix this!?!?

To fix this, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I received a replacement versa because thw screen on the first black out. I have not received any type of notification on my versa. Talked to them in April, went step by step to set up everything. It was done a few times with each of the outcome the same. I have gotten a notification on phones calls, emails, text messages to this day. I was told, they will look into the problem and call me when there is a solution. If this how you treat your customers, then you don't deserve to have any.

I’m having the same problem on my Versa. One day, everything was working just fine, the next I’m not getting any notifications. I’ve gone through all of the steps - including a hard factory reset, deleting and reinstalling the app, setting up the Versa as a new device - 3 times with no luck.
I’ve been with Fitbit for several years but have been flirting with the idea of getting an Apple Watch since I have an iPhone.

I'm having a similar issue however I have to constantly go in to Settings and pair my Fitbit to my phone. Not sure why it doesn't stay connected. Today, I cant get it to pair at all.

I’m having the same issue - all other alerts are fine - EXCEPT for texts - and I’ve done all of the troubleshooting.
