Not receivong emails

I have had my new Versa for about 3weeks. Everything was working perfectly then I noticed that I am no longer receiving emails. I have looked at the comments relating to this problem and followed all the advice but I am still not getting my emails. Can you advise me of a solution.

Do you mean the weekly summary email? If so, there's a problem with them at the moment and you can get the latest updates from fitbit in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Challenges-Adventures/Fitbit-Weekly-Report-Delay/m-p/2743417#...
