my versa registered my steps as 3000 while I was on a jetski! While I ride my bike 8 miles it registers nothing. The company says they know there is a problem, but can't fix it and won't take it back. I was sent their warranty - check out this: We would like to share with you that as per our limited warranty, Fitbit does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. So uninterrupted and it also doesn't have to work.....those words in their warranty of the product. Wow! Some business you can sell a product and make your warranty state it doesn't have to work. They don't have to take it back!
