Not showing the right time

My Versa 2 won't shown the right time even though my watch has been charged

As far as I know the time on your Fitbit gets updated when you sync it to your phone.

My Fitbit says it can’t sync but it usually does?

Hi @Romeocooper @bjacks88 - the watch needs to fully sync and for that try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, then sync.

It's worth restarting the phone too.

Sometimes in the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and toggle off/on the automatic time zone and sync, and if this doesn't work change to another time zone and sync then change back again and sync.

Thanks for the tips! A couple hours later (after I had kind of given up on it) I looked at it & it was synced!! 🙄 Go figure!
