Not sure if this is a watch error or sync error?

Hello.  I have a Versa that was a Christmas present - only 2 months old.  Suddenly about 1.5 days ago, it started acting up.  On the watch face, it's said I have 3785 steps for the last 2 days.  But on the app the step count is accurate.  The watch even alerts when I hit 10,000 steps, but the step count on the watch face still says only 3785 steps.  Also, the sleep tracker and heart rate monitor are not syncing with the app.  No sleep tracking or heart rate info recorded for the past 2 days.  I tried putting it on the charger overnight last night, and it only charged to 96% after about 5 hours (I think it was at 75% when I put it on the charger).

Suggestions?

@gocode03 Are you using one of the original Fitbit clockfaces or a 3rd party one? Try changing it to one of the originals. Also, reboot your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears.

Not a 3rd party clock face.  The reboot suggestion seems to have fixed the problem.  Thank you!
