I have an iPhone 6 and received my versa last Monday, the 16th and it stops syncing EVERYDAY! I get it to sync by restarting everything, reinstalling the watch and/or app and lately 2 hard reset and the next day it’s messed up again. I have worked with support 3 times and I am so frustrated! Is this a software issue? Some things sync like the steps and stairs, but everything else does not always sync until I go through a ton of steps, sometime losing info for the day. I plan on sending it back at the end of this week if I keep having this issue and going with a different company. I switched from a blaze and have had more than one charge before and I have never had this issue before.

It could be faulty. In the tech world there is always going to be stuff that is faulty and you should be able to swap it out for a new one.

Could be a bad device? It actually worked better on my work iPhone 7 than it did with my Android Moto g Plus. In fact, it would just hang when trying to install to the Android. Notifications worked well with the iPhone/Versa pairing as well.

My Versa wont sync with my iPhone 6S. It did for a couple of days but has stopped. I have tried the soft reset but that didnt work. This is my 3rd fitbi, the other teo being Charge HR; both stopped working and tech support could not correct the problem. Hence the new Versa. UGH!

Mine won’t sync with my iPhone 7 unless I reset and re register it daily and even then that doesn’t always work. There are several threads about sync and time to register you are not alone and many are ready to go to another provider. Don’t bother calling customer service for help as they just tell you to do what you’ve been doing, my issue of sync not happening is with a tech expert but no idea how long until they get back to me or if there is a fix

Yeah, after 2 weeks of daily syncing problems and 3 support calls, I gave up and sent it back yesterday. I’ve now had the Apple Watch for 3 days and am so much happier! I’m so disappointed in fitbit!

My Versa decided to stop syncing today with my iPhone 6 Plus. I’ve had the versa for 3 months. Prior to this the Fitbit app on my iPhone would say that Bluetooth was disabled when it was actually on and working. I would have to disable Bluetooth and then re-enable it before the app would finally agree that Bluetooth was on and then it would finally sync. Today however it won’t sync even after powering off the phone and powering it up again.

I’ve got a Versa and it stopped synching to my iPhone 6. I tried the usual Forget this Fitbit steps and re-added my device. But to no avail. Today my Echo wasn’t showing on Spotify so I switched off my phone and then switched back on. This wasn’t something I had thought to do for the issue with my Versa. Anyway thought I’d try one last time to synch my Fitbit before taking it back for a refund (its only 2 months old!). It worked!!! All resynched, no info lost! Worth a try. Wishing you all the best.
