Not tracking all my steps on my versa

I just did over a mile on the treadmill. It says I somehow have 86 active minutes (it didn't take me 86 minutes) and only 253 steps and half a mile.

Were your hands stationary? I notice when I'm grocery shopping my steps aren't accurately counted due to being stationary on the shopping cart

Sigh .I have an old treadmill. If I don't hold on I could die. Lol It skips occasionally . My flex still calculated the steps .Very frustrated with the versa in this area.

Compared to my old charge HR2, the versa is terrible at counting steps on the treadmill.  In fact, it simply does not count them at all.  I am really disappointed in that from Fitibt.  the product is quite nice all in other aspects, but the core functionality sucks.  Also, dropping the elliptical mode was a problem.

Same problem here. My Versa is only counting half the steps I take - very frustrating.  WHEN will FITBIT resolve this problem???
