Versa quit monitoring heart rate.

Hello @tsgtret welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you with your heart rate concern.

 

Seems odd that your Fitbit Versa is not registering heart rate information as the way we designed it. To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing or are completely off? In the meantime I receive your answer, If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
