Not tracking my sleep

I just purchased a versa 2. It tracked for the first night but it only tracked and said I'd slept for 1 hour and now it won't pick up my sleep at all. My sensitivity is set to normal and I have restarted it

Hi @Katielee11. Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry for the delay.

It's great that you got the Versa 2 and let me help you with the sleep tracking. I also appreciate the steps tried on your own. There are some factors that may prevent you from getting this data. For example, if you were moving too much during your sleep, if the Versa 2 was too loose on your wrist or if the battery was low.

That said, I'd recommend to check if your Versa 2 and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Make sure you're wearing your watch snug on your wrist as described here and try sleeping with the device on their non-dominant hand.

With the previous sleep logs, check this help article for instructions to edit your sleep. This way the correct sleep data will be reflected in the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes.
