I received my versa on Monday Christmas Eve. That night was the only time it has tracked my sleep. Its now gone 4 consecutive nights without tracking my sleep. I’ve restarted it several times and tried adjusting where the band is at night with no success. I thought maybe one night I didn’t sleep a straight 3 hours but since it’s been a recurring issue this doesn’t seem to be the problem. I even recharged the battery completely before sleeping last night. Please advise as this is the primary reason I purchased this model and is very upsetting.

Hi, which Firmware Version are you using? .19 or .30? Go to settings of the Versa, scroll down to Device info, click that and it will show you at the top of the screen the version.

Thanks for information. It's strange cause when I used .19 version my sleep logging suddenly stopped and never synced therafter. Ever since updating to .30 my slepp logging is functioning flawlessly. Try rebooting your Versa twice by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttos together untill the Ftbit logo appears and release the buttons. Let me know if it worked, good luck!

Unfortunately the double reboot did not work 😞 anything else I should try?

Maybe, do you have the latest version of the Fitbi app on your phone? If not, update it and see if the problem disappears. When it doesn't, try this:
1. Deinstall Fitbit from your phone
2. Restart your phone
3. Reinstall Fitbit again and enable BT on your phone
4. Sync with the Versa
