You should be able to with that phone. Do you mean you dont have quick reply listed on the phone? Or there is no quick reply offered on the Versa?

That is weird! Try restarting your Versa several times, then make sure notifications is step up correctly in the app and try again. Let us know what happens.

Ahh - that phone is NOT on the Supported Devices List. Which means it may work or it may not. In this case I think it is your phone thatbis the problem and you may not be able to get it to work any better than it is. Sorry.
