Not tracking sleep

Hi I’ve had my Versa 2 for a few weeks and all was good. Then suddenly this week it’s stopped tracking my sleep. Battery is never below 30% and the green light is flashing. I did turn the heart rate off and on and restarted the Fitbit and that worked yesterday. But today it’s not tracked my sleep again and have tried this trick and it’s not worked. What’s going on 😫😭 I don’t want to have to restart daily that’s not ideal I need a fix!!!!!

Same. I have only had my Versa for two days, and sleep stages worked the first night, but not last.  I did nothing different from one night to the next.

If you go into your profile and click on your device, what does it say the firmware version is? For example:

(Firmware Version: 00.00.0.00)

Did you update very recently? The new software may be still a little buggy in the occasional device. You could try removing the Fitbit from your account and re-adding it back.

I only recently bought it.. not sure I’ve done any updates.. are there any hacks that could make it work.. my boyfriends isn’t syncing either we bought them the same time

If you only recently bought it I'd suggest returning it for a refund, if you can't return it then you'll just have to do this:

Tell customer support your problem, what device has said problem, and the current firmware version.

If sleep is the only thing wrong you could use the device till Fitbit provides a new update that addresses the issue.

There aren't really any hacks/workarounds available for Fitbit devices right now.

Returning it for a refund?! So what it’s just useless then and completely not worth £199?! They can’t seriously be the case

If you can get most of your money back it's the safest way to deal with a failing Fitbit. Fitbit doesn't make easy to fix devices, they're great when they work and terrible if they fail. Unfortunately Fitbits warranty doesn't cover software failure, even though they cause the failure 75% of the time.

Same version - 70. Etc.

Checked latest S/W version over the last 3 days - no updates.

Have talked to HD regarding Sleep and BP data multiple times - Same answer. Two days ago HD sent complaint to Engineering Dept - including a Reference #.  No response from ED. Called HD moments ago - recommended usual steps: reboot watch reboot phone. Reinstall app. Etc - etc

All of which I have done two days ago while talking to HD Supervisor - Brian. And two days prior- Sup Harland.

What does anyone suggest?

Thanks Woody
