Not tracking stairs

I got a new Versa for my birthday 7/3   The battery is at 67% but it is not tracking flights of stairs. I did a reset then ran the stairs again and still shows one flight. I live on the water my house is 20 feet off the ground. What’s up?

Welcome to the forums

 

You need to go up 10 feet in elevation for 1 floor to count. Also you can not be holding on to rails or anything.

 

I know you said 20 feet but it might not be seeing it that way and that's why you only get 1 floor
