I got my Fitbit in May. I used it for the first time tonight in the swimming pool and as soon as it went in the water it went black and now it won’t charge or turn on?
How can I get this fixed with my warranty? It’s only 3months old 😞

I had the same happen to my third Versa. I was lucky and bought locally only a few days before so I was able to return for a refund.
If you bought from FitBit you will need to go though their service department. Good Luck.

My Versa did the same after 6 months, would not charge. After reading other reviews I believe it was because of wearing it while showering as I never took it off. Not cool, however Fitbit Customer service was GREAT in replacing my Versa being still on the 1 Year Warranty.
Changed to the IONIC, but still not comfortable with wearing it in the shower or swimming laps in our pool.
