My watch and the online dashboard have updated with the clock change to BST but the app jumped forward 2 hours so I am no burning calories for an hour ahead. I have checked the time zone and it says London and I have also shut down th watch and synched the app. Any ideas please?

@SpsNunn Hello and welcome to the forums. This issue shows up for some, but not all users. It happens with your switch to BST and the US switch to DST. Fitbit is usually aware of the problem and they get it sorted out in a day.

Hi @SpsNunn a warm welcome to the the Fitbit Community! @LZeeW nice to see you around. Thank you for letting me know about this thread. I'll be glad to help @SpsNunn further.
As our friend @LZeeW already mentioned. Due to the time changes on both sides (U.S. and Britain) some users might have difficulties with adaptation with the BST and DST.
1st. Please verify that on the settings of your phone, the time should be input manually, not automatically, and the automatic location option should be off. Do the same on the Fitbit App, under Account>Advance settings.
After all the automatic services have been turned off,and you have input the right time, please sync your Fitbit device.
You should now have the current time on your tracker.
If you have any question, please have a look at this article.
Please keep me posted.

Hello, many thanks for your reply. I have tried this and it is still showing me calories and steps for 20-30-20.45 and it is only 19.46. The time is correct on my watch it’s just the app. Thanks
