I swam with my Fitbit for the first time and it’s completely dead. Isn’t this supposed to be water resistant? How am I to log swim strokes if it isn’t???

I just did. Apparently since the warranty is up I’m only entitled to 25% off my next purchase. I’m beyond disappointed with Fitbit!!!!!

I just posted a new message since my 6 month old Versa Lite also experienced water damage and someone flagged my post as spam. In my case the HR sensor failed and started giving me extremely high BPM readings, basically making the whole device useless except for step count.

@GrubbyDuck Already did. They are having me go through all the basic stuff like restarting the Versa or making sure that the band is not too loose.
